Is Doctor Strange a bad guy?
Doctor Strange may not be a “bad guy,” but he has done many questionable things, making him an anti-hero. For example, in Doctor Strange (2016), when Doramamu threatened to destroy the Earth, Doctor Strange broke the rules and tampered with Time using the Time Stone. Similarly, in Spiderman No way Home, Peter Parker asked Doctor Strange for help hiding his identity so his friends wouldn’t get into trouble. To help him, Doctor Strange mistakenly got the wrong spell, which caused people from multiple universes who knew Spiderman to enter the same universe and endanger the Multiverse.

Then Doctor Strange is shown in Avengers Infinity War (2018), in which Doctor Strange fights with Thanos. Then Dr. Stephen Strange has a small role in Avengers Endgame. After that, we saw Doctor Strange in Spider-Man No Way Home (2021), in which all the people who knew Spiderman of the Multiverse started coming into one universe due to a wrong spell Doctor Strange.
