Who Is The New Captain America in Captain America: New World Order?
Kevin Feige recently announced that Anthony Mackie would be taking over the role of Captain America in the upcoming television series Falcon and the Winter Soldier. For those who don’t know, Mackie is best known for his role as Sam Wilson / Falcon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Who is The Villain In Captain America 4?
We all know that Captain America 4 is coming out soon. But who is the villain in the movie? Many people believe that Zemo, the villain from Captain America: Civil War, is still alive and will be the villain in Captain America 4.
Do you agree with this theory? Let’s take a look at the evidence. First of all, in the comics, Zemo is still alive. He was last seen in the Captain America Civil War (2016) event, where he worked himself and Killed Super Humans. So he could be alive in Wakanda. Secondly, Zemo is a really good villain. He’s smart, strategic, and has a personal grudge against Captain America. He has the skills to take on Captain America and the Avengers. So, there’s a possibility that Zemo is the villain in Captain America 4. But we’ll have to wait and see.

Why Captain America Was Not Arrested By TVA?
Captain America is a superhero who is often fighting against the establishment. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he was not arrested by the TVA because he was not deviating from the sacred timeline. The TVA only arrests people who deviate from the timeline, and Captain America was not doing that.
Captain America is a symbol of justice and freedom, and his actions often reflect that. In the comics, he once punched Hitler in the face. That’s the kind of guy he is. He will not let anyone tell him what to do and will not stand for injustice. The TVA’s job is to maintain the timeline, and they do that by arresting people who deviate from it. But Captain America is not a deviation from the timeline. He’s a hero who stands up for what’s right, regardless of the consequences.
In other words, time travel doesn’t get you arrested, only if that time travel was never supposed to happen and creates a branch in the timeline.
