The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is a Marvel series that recently premiered on Disney+. The show follows Sam Wilson (Falcon) and Bucky Barnes (Winter Soldier) as they team up to take on a new threat.

The series begins with Sam Wilson adjusting to life post-Blip (the five-year time jump that occurred at the end of Avengers: Endgame). He’s struggling to connect with his sister, who is now a mother of three and is still coming to terms with the death of his best friend, Captain America.
Meanwhile, Bucky Barnes is dealing with his trauma. He’s been through years of therapy and is finally starting to come to terms with his time as the Winter Soldier. However, he’s still haunted by his past and is determined to make up for his previous actions.
The two men are brought together when a new threat, called the Flag-Smashers, begins to target anyone who is pro-government. The Flag-Smashers are super-powered individuals who believe the world should return to how it was before the Blip. They’re led by Karli Morgenthau, a young woman who lost her entire family during the Blip.
Sam and Bucky team up to stop the Flag Smashers but quickly realize they’re over their heads. They’re also forced to deal with their personal issues and their complicated history.
