“Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” was released in November 2022. The movie is directed by Ryan Coogler and stars Letitia Wright, Dominique Thorne, Tenoch Huerta and Lupita Nyong’o.

The movie is based on the Marvel Comics character Black Panther, who is the king of the fictional African nation of Wakanda. The movie follows Black Panther as he tries to defend Wakanda from enemies who want to destroy it.

 

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is a significant movie because it is one of the first mainstream Hollywood movies to feature a predominantly black cast. This is important because it gives black children and adults someone to look up to on the big screen.

The movie is also significant because it showcases the beauty and ingenuity of African culture. Wakanda is a fictional country, but it is based on real African cultures and traditions. This is important because it shows the world that Africa is more than just a poor, war-ridden continent. It is a land of beauty, intelligence, and strength.

I am excited about “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” because it is a movie that is long overdue. I am also excited because it has the potential to change the way Hollywood movies are made. Who Will Replace Chadwick Boseman?

 

With Chadwick Boseman’s untimely passing, the question on everyone’s mind is who will replace him as Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? There have been many names floated as possible replacements, but the trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever seems to confirm that Shuri will be the new Black Panther.

This is an interesting development for a few reasons. Firstly, it reinforces the idea that Wakanda is a country that is constantly evolving and moving forward. Secondly, it provides a much-needed female lead in what is otherwise a very male-dominated franchise. And finally, it represents a victory for those who have long been clamoring for more diversity in Hollywood.

It will be interesting to see how Shuri steps up to the plate in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and whether she can fill the very big shoes that Chadwick Boseman left behind.
